Stock is not always what is shown in the pictures. We aim not to have oppsies! Your selection will be based on what is on hand, subject to availability.

Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please allow additional time for autograph personalization, if selected. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Packaging and Handling
All autographed books are carefully packaged in protective mailers to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Books with personalized inscriptions may take longer to process.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@JFTBLiteracy.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and make it right.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will do our best to help you locate a lost package. Please wait at least 10 business days after the expected delivery date before reporting a lost shipment.
