  • Can I address my autograph request to someone personally?
    Yes! Our book checkout, with the exception of coloring and activity books, have the ability to be autographed with a personalization note.
  • I bought a book from Amazon or Barnes & Noble, how can I get it autographed?
    You can order a personalized autograph sticker plate to place in your book from the shop.
  • Can I return a book?
    Returns and Exchanges Due to the personalized nature of autographed books and printed products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.
  • Can I pick up my book locally?
    There are some instances where you can pick up a book locally upon order. At checkout, you will see if the availability is in proximity to your address in the Houston (Texas) area. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at info@JFTBLiteracy.com. There may be cases where you can pick up your book locally, even if your address is outside the geo fence of our website. Contact us for details.
  • I see the book is for sale on other sites, why does it take so long after a book launches to get mine when I order it here?
    When we order author copies, it takes up to 3 weeks for us to receive them. We try to pre-sell before the market to gauge how many to stock, as it takes time for us to receive them. Rest assured, as soon as we get them, they are signed and sent out! Please reach out to us with any questions about your order at info@JFTBLiteracy.com
